Wool-silk reversible scarf “Kintsugi”

Mam kilkanaście produktów Spadiory, głównie apaszek. Marka ta nie dość, że ma super produkty to czuć, że jest to jakość premium. Co prawda z każdym wzorem mój portfel boli wzrost cen za chusty (pierwsza moja apaszka kosztowała niecałe 200 zł kupiona w pandemii - Dylemadka), ale przy rosnących kosztach totalnie to rozumiem, zwłaszcza, że nie jest to artykuł pierwszej potrzeby ;) w ostatnim czasie skusiłam się i zamówiłam produkt konkurencyjnej marki i nie dość, że apaszka kosztowała prawie 600 zł to była cienka jak papier, szew był zrobiony jak u początkującej krawcowej to jeszcze przyszła zaciągnięta. Złożyłam reklamację i apaszka niby przyszła wymieniona, jednak z zaciągnięciem w tym samym miejscu. Skorzystałam z prawa zwrotu i wróciłam do Spadiory. Superstylerzy - zdecydowanie rozpuściliście swoich klientów i przyzwyczailiście do jakości :D Totalnie polecam!

I have a dozen or so Spadiora products, mainly scarves. Not only does this brand have great products, but you can feel that it is premium quality. It is true that with each pattern my wallet hurts with the increase in prices for scarves (my first scarf cost less than PLN 200 bought during the pandemic - Dylemadka), but with rising costs I totally understand it, especially since it is not a basic necessity ;) recently I was tempted and ordered a product from a competing brand and not only did the scarf cost almost PLN 600 but it was paper thin, the seam was made like a beginner seamstress's, and it also arrived with a snag. I filed a complaint and the scarf supposedly arrived replaced, but with a snag in the same place. I used the right to return and returned to Spadiora. Superstylers - you have definitely spoiled your customers and accustomed them to quality :D I totally recommend it!

Nie bez powodu można przeczytać tyle pozytywnych komentarzy o marce. Sama jestem wierną klientką od dłuższego czasu. Nie pamiętam pierwszego zakupu (możliwe, że było to w pandemii), ale od tamtego czasu regularnie wracam do sklepu i wzbogacam swoją małą kolekcję o nowe elementy. Zaczęło się niewinnie od jednej małej apaszki - nadal pamiętam, że był to wzór "Macierzyństwo" w wersji różowej (wprawdzie mamą zostałam parę lat wcześniej, ale poczułam, że to właśnie musi być ten wzór na początek). Później poszło już z górki. Przez ostatnie lata moja kolekcja rozrosła się do dwóch twilly, trzech małych apaszek, sześciu dużych oraz pierwszego w życiu kapelusza. Markę cechuje nie tylko wysoka jakość wykonania produktów, która z czasem na szczęście nie maleje, ale czynne wsparcie organizacji charytatywnych i dbałość o środowisko. Ponadto wzory na projektach również niosą ważne społeczne przesłania. Nie ze wszystkimi trzeba się zgadzać, jednak nie sposób odmówić marce zaangażowania i aktywnej postawy wobec spraw, które dotyczą nas wszystkich w mniejszym lub większym stopniu. I na koniec być może błahy argument, ale jednak bardzo pozytywnie mnie zaskoczył - a mianowicie przy okazji pewnego zamówienia, do którego sklep dołączał gratis zaryzykowałam i załączyłam w notatce prośbę o dołączenie wybranego przeze mnie wzoru, mimo że wyraźnie było napisane, że "wzory sklep dorzuca losowo". Jakież było moje zdziwienie, gdy w prezencie otrzymałam dokładnie ten wzór, o który prosiłam. Podsumowując, serdecznie polecam produkty marki Spadiora, która nie tylko dba o jakość swoich wyrobów i angażuje się społecznie, ale także słucha swoich klientów, nawet tych "szarych".

There's a reason why you've read so many positive reviews about the brand. I've been a loyal customer for a long time. I don't remember my first purchase (it's possible it was during the pandemic), but since then, I've been returning to the store regularly and adding new pieces to my small collection. It started innocently enough with one small scarf – I still remember it was the "Maternity" pattern in pink (although I became a mother a few years earlier, I felt it had to be the pattern to start with). From there, it all went downhill. Over the past few years, my collection has grown to include two twill scarves, three small scarves, six large ones, and my first hat. The brand is characterized not only by the high quality of its products, which thankfully hasn't diminished over time, but also by its active support of charities and its concern for the environment. Furthermore, the patterns in its designs also carry important social messages. You don't have to agree with everything, but it's impossible to deny the brand's commitment and active stance on issues that affect us all to a greater or lesser extent. And finally, this may seem like a trivial argument, but it did surprise me in a very positive way. When I placed an order with a free gift, I took a risk and included a request to include my chosen pattern in the notes, even though it clearly stated that "the store adds patterns randomly." Imagine my surprise when I received the exact pattern I requested as a gift. In summary, I highly recommend Spadiora products, which not only cares about the quality of its products and is socially engaged, but also listens to its customers, even the "gray" ones.
